Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is only within Germany.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Free shipping for orders over €40.00

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 3-5 days of contract conclusion (for agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment

When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorise us, by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate, to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account by the announced date.

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
